Safety countermeasures for heat transfer oil of energy-saving boilers

(1) ensure the safety of equipment

the heat transfer oil heating system should be managed as a pressure equipment to ensure that the heating equipment is intact without leakage, otherwise the consequences are very serious. During use, the wall thickness and pressure strength of the equipment should be regularly tested, and pressure gauges, safety valves and vent pipes should be installed on the equipment and pipelines

(2) strict and safe operation

when using the heat transfer oil furnace, the temperature should be strictly controlled not to exceed 350 ℃, so as to prevent the temperature rise from overpressure, causing danger. In order to avoid overheating of the pipe wall of the heating surface of the heat transfer oil, the flow of the heat transfer oil should be turbulent, that is, the Reynolds number RC> 10000, and have a certain flow rate, so as to reduce the thickness of the boundary layer when it flows through the heating surface. The circulating pump of the heat carrier is not allowed to stop during the heating operation. When the heat load is reduced or temporarily stopped, the bypass reflux regulating valve should be opened to regulate the system flow so that the heat transfer oil in the pipe has sufficient flow and flow rate. When the heating furnace is started, it is necessary to preheat the heating surface pipe and the empty pipe of the system pipe. When starting ignition and heating up, due to the low temperature, high viscosity, low flow rate and thick film of the heat transfer oil, the heating up speed must be strictly controlled, generally below 40 ~ 50 ℃/h, to avoid local heating overheating. When the temperature of circulating heat transfer oil is high but the temperature of the heating equipment cannot go up, the outlet temperature of heat transfer oil cannot be increased blindly, but the cause should be found from the heating equipment, such as fouling, blockage, etc. When heating with heat transfer oil, pay attention to the relationship between temperature and pressure at the beginning of start-up. If the pressure is high and the temperature is low, it means there is water, and it should be vented in time; If the pressure is low and the temperature is high, it indicates that the amount of heat transfer oil is insufficient, and the heat transfer oil should be added. When the system stops running, the circulating pump of the heat transfer oil should continue to operate for a period of time. After the heat carrier cools, put all the heat transfer oil in the system back to the storage tank, especially there should be no residue in the heating surface

(3) prevent water or other impurities from being mixed in the heat transfer oil

it is strictly prohibited to mix water or other low boiling point impurities and flammable and explosive substances in the heat transfer oil. When starting up, drain the water in the system first, then open the air inlet valve and check valve, raise the temperature as required to remove the water in the heat carrier; The newly replaced or added heat transfer oil must be preheated and dehydrated before adding; When removing water, generally, open the empty valve first, and then raise the temperature of the heat transfer oil to 150 ℃ with a small fire at a heating rate of 5 ℃/h, so that the water evaporates and escapes. Then turn down the vent valve and raise the temperature to 250 ℃ at the heating rate of 10 ℃/h. In the process of heating up, if you hear the sound of water hammer or see the high pressure, you should immediately open the vent valve to expel the water vapor, and then close the vent valve to start up. When the boiler is shut down, the heated materials should be discharged and the steam valve of the heat transfer oil furnace should be closed to prevent the materials from leaking into the system

(4) remove coking and scaling

in production practice, the coking thickness is less than 2mm, and the coking layer in the furnace tube is between 0~1.5mm. At this time, the continuous accumulation of the coking layer is roughly balanced with the dissolution amount washed by the heat carrier. The thickness of the coke layer in the furnace tube can be measured with an ultrasonic thickness gauge. A filter should be installed at the circulating pump to filter the suspended polymer produced by chemical changes and the carbon particles precipitated by local overheating. The filter shall be easy to disassemble and replace, so as to regularly clean up the slag and impurities and ensure the filtering effect

(5) strengthen safety management

pay attention to the technical specifications and management regulations for the operation of heat transfer oil heating equipment. Do not directly use the formulation and implementation of this motor source specification, and strictly abide by relevant laws ① wood and plastic constitute a good impregnation; Regulations and safety operation regulations. The hot oil heating operation of high-precision load sensor with force measuring method should have a perfect emergency disposal plan, especially to prevent overflow, spraying, leakage, overload and faulty operation. Once the leakage point occurs, it should be immediately blocked and the insulation cotton should be replaced

In case of sudden pressure rise during heating operation, immediately open the vent valve for pressure relief and close the heat carrier pipeline leading to the heating equipment
